JPI is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to support the design, production, and construction administration of multifamily projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–7 years of experience in architectural production or project coordination, preferably with multifamily projects.
- Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management platforms.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and construction documentation standards.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
