Job Description
Roller Operator position available with Jr. Davis Construction Company, Inc. in Kissimmee FL or surrounding area. Job responsibilities include rolling asphalt, general laboring, and maintenance on rollers. COMPENSATION: Based on experience. On the Job Training (OJT) provided to move up in the company.
Requirements
- 3 recent years' experience in the asphalt industry or asphalt roller
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
- Safety first attitude with strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures
- Professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary
