Job Description
JRM is hiring Estimator I and Estimator II levels to accurately estimate total costs associated with projects. The Project Estimator will work under pressure to meet bid deadlines and must demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Four-year degree and/or at least three years of relevant experience in Estimating, Purchasing, or Quantity Surveying
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines and meet them
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
