Executive Assistant (C-Suite)

JRM is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the executive, enabling focus, driving prioritization, and ensuring seamless execution across both professional responsibilities and select personal commitments.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables
• Strong business judgment with the ability to understand shifting priorities, anticipate needs, and proactively support the Executive’s objectives
