Job Description
JRM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, with a focus on the successful implementation of their new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. The role involves planning, executing, and managing technology implementations, including HRIS, CRM, and SaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management of enterprise technology or system implementations
- 2+ years of experience in ERP or other large-scale platforms
- Knowledge of construction project financials and ERP workflows
- Experience managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional business teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
