Traveling Superintendent

JRM is looking for a Traveling Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, and have strong client service skills and an understanding of all of the trades associated with commercial interior construction and high-end renovation projects.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience as a Superintendent, preferably in interior commercial general contracting
• Proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
• Ability to manage/coordinating multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
• Willingness to travel upon request for 8-12 weeks within and out of state
