Job Description
JSL Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide principal secretarial support at the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC), Cheatham Annex. The incumbent will support the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Command Master Chief, and subordinate staff in the front office. This is a contingent hire, pending contract award.
Requirements
- High School Degree
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- Familiarity with DMLSS, HIMS, or similar inventory management systems
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to pass background investigation
- Must complete required DoD/BUMED IT security training
