Job Description
JST is seeking a skilled Automated Assembly Maintenance Technician to support second shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated assembly equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and inspecting products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Trade school or technical certification in automation, mechatronics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in automated manufacturing maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with sensors, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies preferred
- Ability to read measuring devices and perform English/metric conversions
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand and move throughout shift
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work safely around automated equipment
