Airport Service Concierge

Airport Service Concierge at JSX, responsible for welcoming Customers, guiding them through check-in, security, and boarding, and maintaining a clean lounge. The role involves rotating through different responsibilities, including Check-in Agent, Boarding Agent, Security Screening Support, and Ground Security Coordinator.

Requirements

• In accordance with federal regulations, this role is open only to U.S. citizens.
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.
• Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Aviation experience.
