Job Description
Join JTI GBS Manila as a Credit and Collections Specialist (Temporary – 12 months) and play a key role in shaping the future of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. You'll manage credit and collection activities for JTI's global customers while helping to drive automation and process improvements that make O2C operations smarter, faster, and more efficient.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 2-4 years of collections (preferred) or accounts receivable experience in a multinational or shared services environment
- Experience in automation tools such as Power Automate, RPA, VBA, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AR reconciliation and reporting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift/night shift schedule
