Job Description
Join JTI as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst and contribute to accurate and timely planning and forecasting, insightful performance analysis, and strong business partnering with stakeholders. The role is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and reports to the FP&A Manager.
Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Around 3â5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, analysis, and automation
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A structured, detail-oriented working style
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
