Job Description
The IT Business Solutions Manager role is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of business applications within a geographically distributed virtual team. The role focuses on driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across business solutions, while ensuring reliable service delivery, governance compliance, and alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- 3-5 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year managing business solutions or application teams
- Experience in multinational companies and FMCG industry preferred
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPlatform, Data Lake, Field Sales, or Online Sales systems
- Strong skills in business analysis, process documentation, and solution design
- Solid understanding of project management and budgeting
- Experience working with suppliers and external partners
- Effective communicator across all levels; team-oriented and collaborative
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset and drive to innovate
