Job Description
The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities, ensuring a permanent connection with other technical maintenance systems and departments. They will ensure that lines are not limited in their operation due to a lack of capacity, knowledge, or technical experience.
Requirements
- University Technical Degree or Technician's Degree with Technical Specialization (Mechanical/Electronics)
- More than 3 years of professional experience in similar positions
- Effective verbal and written communication in the English language
- Knowledge of office software (MS Office)
- TPM standards
- Basic concepts of spare parts management
- Knowledge of main causes of failures
