Job Description
We are seeking a Modern Trade Specialist to join our team in Cagayan De Oro. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales, channel management, account management, and/or customer development. The role involves developing strategic retail and wholesale accounts, collaborating with the Marketing & Sales team, and ensuring investment efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, channel management, account management, and/or customer development
- Proven track record in commercial execution, sales, and negotiation
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Tagalog
- Functional Skills: Account and Channel Management, Basic Financial Acumen (e.g., ROI analysis), Strong understanding of business and commercial operations, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Effective negotiation and influencing capability, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
