Job Description
Jubilee Media is seeking a Head of App to lead the growth, product strategy, and monetization of their Nectar dating app. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in app leadership or software engineering, a proven track record of scaling high-growth products, and a strong understanding of Gen-Z audiences and digital trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in app leadership, software engineering, product engineering roles
- Proven track record of scaling high-growth products with strong engagement, retention, and revenue performance
- Experience leading and managing high-performing engineering & product teams
- Strong understanding of consumer mobile apps, growth strategy, and monetization models
- Deep understanding of Gen-Z audiences, internet culture, and emerging digital trends
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive product and growth decisions
- Passionate about building products that create meaningful connection and cultural impact
- Experience working on social, community-driven, or dating apps is a major plus!
