Job Description
Application Engineer - Electrical position at Judd Wire Inc. in Turners Falls, MA. The candidate will join the Design and Development team, focusing on high-speed data cables across markets. The engineer will work within the company to identify problems and implement solutions associated with product performance, design, or materials. The engineer will also communicate with customers to answer questions about product application and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or degree in other Engineering field with applicable coursework or experience.
- Knowledge of basic principles of wire conductors and insulators, current flow, and electric circuits.
- Knowledge in transmission line theory and test methods used for high-speed data cables.
- Effective technical writing skills for internal and external customers
- Ability to work within or lead cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems.
