College Faculty, Music Theory and Analysis

The Juilliard School is accepting applications for full-time faculty in the Department of Music Theory and Analysis to begin in Fall 2026. The Department offers a five-semester undergraduate core plus numerous electives. Graduate offerings range widely and include over 20 electives.

Requirements

• Teach one or more undergraduate core courses and electives in both the undergraduate and graduate studies curricula
• Participate in department meetings, placement assessments, teaching assistant and fellow recruitment and placement, and departmental and school-wide committees
