Aftercare Site Director 2026-2027 School Year

The Aftercare Site Director supports students throughout both the instructional day and after school programming, creating a safe, nurturing, and effective learning environment while coordinating and leading the school’s aftercare program.

Requirements

• Supervise students during lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, transitions, and other non instructional times
• Maintain active supervision of students to ensure safety, structure, and positive behavior expectations
• Assist students with organization, problem solving, conflict resolution, and social interactions
• Communicate with families regarding aftercare needs, student concerns, and program updates
