Job Description
The AML Governance Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations in areas such as tax disclosure and client tax compliance. They will support senior management and business units in implementing regulatory requirements and providing tax advice.
Requirements
- Regulatory knowledge of FATCA/CRS required
- Knowledge regarding US tax regulations and withholding tax preferred
- A good degree and understanding of the private banking industry and Wealth Management industry
- Strong knowledge of the MAS 626 Notice & Guidelines
- Experience in managing regulatory inspections, external and/or internal audits on AML/CFT issues
