Requirements

• Supports RMs/GH in client interaction and all related tasks
• Customizes client requests
• Manages the RM/GH's calendar and prepares client meetings
• Ensures coverage in case of own absences
• Regularly collects and exchanges relevant information
• Conducts reviews, plans, and documents work
• Supports RM/GH in implementation of projects and initiatives
• Manages the expense claim process for RMs/GH
• Ensures adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies
• Demonstrates appropriate values and behaviors
• Maintains professional and competent communication
• Displays genuine interest in people and improving processes
• Has a systematic, precise, and diligent working style
