Job Description
We are looking for a Head Capital Risk Control to monitor exposures against tolerances, critically review and challenge scenario selection and projection of balance sheet and P&L drivers, and oversee and challenge capital risk management activity. The role involves suggesting and maintaining a formalized control framework, orchestrating 2nd line of defences activities, and supporting discussions with the regulator.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, mathematics, or business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally in a role focused on risk management, treasury risk, capital risk, financial and capital planning
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, risk management practices, capital risk and capital planning, recovery and resolution planning and related regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills to analyse complex financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex information to diverse audiences
