- Strong background in Core Java development
- Expertise in Spring / Spring Boot
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments
- Unix/Linux systems and bash scripting
- API security mechanisms (OAuth2, identity and access management)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Agile and continuous delivery practices
- Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork orientation
- Financial sector exposure (advantageous)
- Fluent in English (verbal / written), additional languages nice-to-have
