Join the Digital Business Transformation team at Bank Julius Baer in a dynamic role focused on enabling operational excellence through intelligent automation technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Initial experience with automation technologies (e.g., RPA - UiPath, Flowable, low-code/no-code platforms)
- Familiarity with Wealth Management and core banking operations — such as client onboarding, compliance, or transaction processing — is an advantage, though not required
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with process modelling concepts such as BPMN, CMMN
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with databases or enterprise systems such as SAP or ServiceNow
- Basic understanding of data formats (CSV, JSON, XML), data transformation and willingness to work with ETL-like tasks for process mining inputs
