Regulatory Change Manager

Design, plan, and manage end-to-end change process for projects and/or change initiatives, evaluate impact of planned changes on people, culture, technology, and processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in regulatory change, compliance, or advisory roles within private banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of the Monaco regulatory environment and European frameworks
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong regulatory interpretation and analytical skills
• Ability to anticipate and translate regulatory developments into business impacts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured project management and delivery focus
