Job Description
We are seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management engineering team. Develop custom applications, forms, modules, and workflows tailored to business requirements. Collaborate on integrating ServiceNow with external systems. Ensure all developments adhere to strict security protocols.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in JavaScript and object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with Glide API, server-side scripting, and client scripts on the ServiceNow platform
- Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks and their implementation in enterprise systems
- Familiarity with web technologies, JSON/XML, and integration patterns
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Collaborative mindset with good communication skills
- Willingness to take ownership and follow coding standards
- Fluency in written and spoken English
