Job Description
Join our IT Service Management engineering team as a Software Engineering Delivery Manager. Drive end-to-end delivery excellence, lead the local software development team, and foster collaboration. Key responsibilities include delivery leadership, team coordination, stakeholder engagement, quality & governance, risk & resource management, and process excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform (certification preferred)
- At least 3 years in a Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or Technical Project Leadership role
