An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service One Agent (Saudi National Talent) – Food & Beverage at Jumeirah The Red Sea, a 5-star hotel in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a Highschool diploma or Secondary education, 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, and a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Industry. The candidate should demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences and possess experience of working in an international capacity.

Requirements

• Answer all calls promptly and professionally according to departmental standards
• Handle all incoming and outgoing faxes, messages for in-house and expected guests
• Attend and participate in daily briefings and read and understand daily updates
• Update information boards and whiteboards daily and print in-house guest lists every three hours
• Accurately record, check, and hand over wake-up calls and ensure all calls are made on time and recorded clearly
