Job Description
Our Solutions Engineers help customers understand how to get the best out of jumio’s products. They provide technical and functional expertise for our next-gen Jumio Platform, including our award-winning identity verification technology and powerful risk signals. They play a major role in improving and expanding existing processes and are subject matter experts for how our solutions can add value to the customer's user journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Implementation Management, or Technical Consulting roles
- Strong customer-facing experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- In-depth technical knowledge, including web or mobile programming and scripting languages
- Experience in integration APIs
