Jump Trading Group is seeking a Trader to join their Global Centralized Trading Desk. The role involves controlling and monitoring trading strategies, providing feedback on performance, and influencing alpha and strategies directly. The ideal candidate has a passion for trading and financial markets, strong Python skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• A passion for trading and the financial markets with at least two years' experience
• Proven success working with automated trading systems at an electronic trading firm (strongly desired)
• Strong Python skills. C++ or similar languages are a bonus
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
• Self-starting personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and predictable availability
