Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution of JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) into a next-generation identity platform, eliminating password fatigue and pioneering the governance of Agentic AI—treating autonomous AI agents as first-class digital identities within our directory.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Management, with specific expertise in FIDO2/WebAuthn, SAML, and OIDC
- AI Fluency: An understanding of the identity requirements for LLMs and autonomous agents; ability to manage probabilistic AI systems alongside deterministic security protocols
- Visionary Leadership: Proven track record of taking complex technical capabilities and translating them into frictionless user experiences
- Remote-First Mindset: Comfort leading cross-functional, global teams in a transparent, highly collaborative environment
