We're hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist who will operate as a hybrid Senior Account Manager + Strategic Lead, owning high-value client relationships, driving marketing strategy, and ensuring execution moves forward with discipline and accountability.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing strategy, account management, or client success in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong understanding of business communication expectations and digital trends in B2B US/Canadian markets
- At least 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment managing ongoing client relationships
- Strong understanding of SEO, content, and inbound marketing strategy (strategy-first; hands-on knowledge required)
- Experience managing B2B lead generation programs on a retainer basis, not just one-off projects
- Experience interpreting marketing performance data and understanding attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI
- Proven ability to lead executive-level client conversations with confidence and structure
- Strong strategic thinking combined with clear communication and persuasive framing
- Advanced ability to create and present client-ready decks and strategic roadmaps
- Strong project management skills able to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability
- Highly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
- Tech-savvy with experience using reporting dashboards, CRM systems, and project management tools
- Bonus: Experience in B2B services, technology, SaaS, or MSP/IT marketing environments
