Trainee Vertrieb (m/w/d)

Join our 18-month Trainee Sales Program and learn the sales department from scratch. You will support our sales team, analyze market data, and conduct customer conversations. We offer two entry paths - commercial or technical/academic - and a structured program with coaching and clear perspective on a sales career.

Requirements

• Completed 3-year commercial education (e.g. industrial clerk/ess)
• Technician, master, or completed study (e.g. electrical engineering, business engineering)
• Independent, open-minded, and committed appearance
• Communication skills and pleasure in dealing with people
• Learning ability, initiative, and enthusiasm for premium products
• Driving license class B and travel readiness
