AI Deployment Lead

Role Overview

We're building cutting-edge LLM-powered workflow tools to supercharge investment research for private market investors. As an AI Deployment Lead, you'll manage global deployments of 1000s of users, act as the Voice of the Customer, and drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention with our users.

What You Will Do

You will own, build, and nurture strong relationships with customers, plan and execute large-scale AI deployments, act as the voice of the customer, and leverage data to drive customer usage, satisfaction, and retention.
