Job Description
Juniper Square is seeking a founding Legal Operations Director to build and scale the legal operations function from the ground up. The successful candidate will lead the vision and execution of Legal Operations, drive clarity and operational alignment, and build workflows with AI at the center.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Legal Operations experience within a high-growth technology or services company
- Hands-on expertise implementing and optimizing Ironclad or a similar CLM in a high-volume environment
- Experience with at least one of: legal intake/matter-management systems, e-billing/outside counsel management, or legal analytics tooling
