Job Description
Field Engineers at Jupiter Medical Center are responsible for on-site and off-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of computer equipment, including installation and troubleshooting of networks and wiring, and coordination of support between third-party support vendors and end users.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in computer equipment installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS routers, firewalls, and VPN
