Jupiter Power seeks an Offtake Counsel to join its team, responsible for negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial power contracts, advising on finance ability of commercial transactions, and providing legal support to various teams within the company.

Requirements

• Negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial power contracts
• Advise on finance ability of commercial transactions
• Provide legal support to various teams within the company
• Draft, review and negotiate legal agreements
• Hire and manage outside legal counsel and billings
