Cultivation Technician

We are looking for a Cultivation Technician to assist with cultivation operations, including plant work, data entry, and cleaning. The position involves working on-site at our facility in Toledo, OH. Requirements

• Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, Plant Biology, or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of experience cultivating plants
• Pass background and drug screening
• Knowledge of large-scale commercial plant cultivation
• Experience with compliance systems
• Advanced cannabis plant and genetics knowledge
• Active listening and effective verbal and written communication skills
