Customer Care Consultant position at RJK LLC dispensary, delivering exceptional customer service and patient service while educating clients in the cannabis industry.
Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting.
- Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone
