Job Description
Just-Evotec is seeking an Associate Director, Bioreactor Process Design to lead a mammalian cell culture department and oversee upstream process optimization, technology transfer, and process characterization for hybrid and end-to-end continuous processes.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field with 15+ years of experience
- Ph.D. in Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field with 9+ years of experience
- Expertise in mammalian cell culture and perfusion bioreactor technology development
- Experience with commercial process development, process characterization, and validation
- Design of experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis expertise
- Training, mentoring, and supervising team members experience
- Leadership skills with ability to lead upstream development teams
