As Senior Manager Quality Assurance - Process, you will manage the quality assurance services, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and contribute to the smooth running of regulatory inspections and customer audits.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or Pharmacist (PhD / eligible for licensure)
- Strong expertise in bioproduction and team management
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments and GMP Annexes 1 and 2
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Analytical, organized, and autonomous with high adaptability
- Natural leadership, team spirit, and interpersonal skills
