Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic Assistant Director to help lead our early childhood education center in San Antonio.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in licensed childcare (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Texas childcare licensing standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism and accountability
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Director credentials preferred or willingness to obtain
