Marine Personnel Business Systems Analyst responsible for designing, supporting, and improving business systems and applications within the Marine Personnel Department.

Requirements

• Designs, supports, and continuously improves business systems and applications
• Act as a key liaison between Marine Personnel, IT, and external vendors
• Monitors, maintains, and optimizes database performance
• Analyzes business requirements and translates them into technical specifications and system solutions
• Develops and maintains reports and dashboards
• Manages and analyzes large datasets
• Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provides day-to-day user support
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams
• Maintains system documentation, data models, and process flows
