For a Leading Dry Bulk Shipping Company: Senior Chartering Manager. Handle all chartering activity for cargo bookings, develop and manage a strong cargo portfolio, and lead a new chartering team.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in dry bulk chartering
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining a cargo book
- Strong exposure to Atlantic market cargo trading
- Experience with COAs and spot/forward bookings
- Leadership skills and team management experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
