As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the launch and growth of a new Canadian subsidiary for a leading European aftermarket parts supplier. This position focuses on managing existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of service to agricultural and industrial clients across Canada.
Requirements
- Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of dealer and wholesale accounts (national scope)
- Build strong relationships with equipment dealers, parts departments, and service shops
- Handle inbound calls, process orders, and provide technical product support
- Proactively reach out to promote new product lines and drive repeat sales
- Diagnose customer needs; recommend accurate aftermarket parts and solutions
- Collaborate with Outside Sales and Technical Inside Sales to resolve issues and win opportunities
- Meet or exceed KPIs tied to activity, accuracy, conversion, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate account data, pipeline, and activities in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics experience is an asset)
- Partner with logistics/warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment and proactive communication
- Support promotions, campaigns, and initiatives developed with international leadership
- Assist with essential administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Participate in regular product training and knowledge-sharing
- Stay current on agricultural technology, machinery trends, and new product introductions
