Job Description
Territory Sales Manager – Construction Products job involves managing and growing existing distributor relationships, following up on daily quotes, and conducting A&D engagement to get products specified on construction projects across Ontario. The role is field-first, with no cold prospecting, and offers a base salary of $120,000 plus an annual performance bonus.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Background in Division 10 (washroom partitions, accessories, lockers, VDP) strongly preferred
- Background in Division 8 (doors, windows, glazing, hardware), plumbing, HVAC, or other construction-related sales also considered
