District Manager, Biomedical Engineering

Our client is seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director supporting a large, multi-site academic health system in the Cleveland, Ohio region. This executive-level role holds full accountability for strategic leadership, operational performance, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management across a complex healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of management experience
• 7+ years of functional experience in Healthcare Technology Management
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a large healthcare or academic medical center environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies within healthcare environments
• Exceptional executive presence and client relationship management skills
• Strong business acumen and financial management proficiency
• Ability to assess operational and financial performance and drive corrective actions
