Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and/or database analysis
• Ability to query, analyze, and troubleshoot datasets using SQL
• Experience with agile software development
• Hands-on use of AI tools within analytics or data engineering workflows
• Basic experience with a modern software development language (Python, C#, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Strong knowledge of Experimentation methodology/platforms
• Understanding of documentation standards, lineage, data quality audits, and governance processes
• Conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and analytics teams
• Desire and ability to lead, advocate for features, and make data-driven recommendations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines while managing multiple projects
• English proficiency (at least strong upper-intermediate level)
