15968 - Capability Lead

We’re recruiting for a Capability Lead to lead Justice Digital’s Government Digital and Data (GDD) Assessment and Allowances team. As Lead, you will set the strategy and objectives for the team, define what good looks like, and equip the team to provide effective advice and assure the pay scheme. The role involves managing an autonomous team, providing advice and guidance, and keeping up to date with latest cross-government and industry themes to inform your approach to delivery and excellent results.

Requirements

• Managing an autonomous, high performing team to deliver excellent and timely results
• Providing advice, guidance and support as well as project management approaches and methodologies, e.g. Agile
• Keeping up to date with latest cross-government and industry themes to inform your approach to delivery and excellent results
• Experience of capability development or related discipline
• Ability to make effective evidence-based decisions, informed by insights from data and stakeholders, to maintain and strengthen robust products and services
