The successful candidate will be expected to attend Argyle House, Stevenage (3 days per week on site), with travel across the regional area and some occasional travel outside the region.
Requirements
- Significant experience operating at middle management level, including leading, developing and supporting staff
- Budget management experience, including procurement, financial oversight and ensuring value for money in corporate operations
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, external partners and supporting agencies
- Experience preparing high quality reports, briefings or business updates for senior leadership teams
- Ability to lead or contribute to audits, inspections, quality assurance, and organisational compliance activities
- Supporting corporate governance, risk management, Health & Safety, equality and diversity, or wider organisational policy implementation
