Job Description
Contract Administration Manager (CAM) is responsible for managing contract administration in the region, ensuring governance, delegations, and deadlines are met. The role involves managing the contract management system, validating payment applications, and providing management information and key performance indicators. The CAM will work closely with Regional Property Operations Manager and Area Property Operations Managers to ensure efficient processes and effective team management.
Requirements
- Managing contract administration to enable efficient processes to be operated consistently across the region
- Ensuring all necessary governance and delegations are in place
- Validating monthly payment applications
- Providing management information and key performance indicators
- Collaborating and liaison with other parties within MOJ
- Managing contract administration and administration support for the region
